Description

Vanderpool is one of the prime stops in several Hill Country motorcycle trails, including the fabled Twisted Sisters ride. It's only appropriate, then, that Vanderpool is also home to the Lone Star Motorcycle Museum! Australian-born motorcycle collector and enthusiast Allan Johncock originally set up a place in Vanderpool to store his collection, but word soon got out to fellow motorcycle fans, and the museum was born. It features bikes from all over the world, from 1910 to present day. The Lone Star Motorcycle Museum is open Friday through Sunday from 10 AM to 4 PM, during the months of March through November.
