Deep in the Hill Country, there’s a sixth generation of Texas-raised folks who create great wines that are just as Texan as they are: Stonewall’s Pedernales Cellars! Every bottle is produced in a sustainable manner that respects the land and its resources, from water usage to lighting fixtures. Reservations are required for a visit to their Estate Tasting Room, which offers stunning views of the surrounding Hill Country. Kids and well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome (dogs outside only, though). Pedernales Cellars is open Monday to Thursday 10 AM to 5 PM, Friday and Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM, and Sunday noon to 5 PM.
