Biker Rallies of Texas

Supporting and boosting local businesses and events is at the very heart of what we do at Backroads Reservations! The good folks at Biker Rallies of Texas are the devoted organizers of the most popular motorcycle rallies in the Hill Country. With major rallies in the spring and fall, they work nonstop to assure safety, organization, great memories, and a good time is had by all attending! They’ve got their start in 2000, when they arranged rallies in Liberty County and Kerrville, Texas. Two years later, they found their permanent home in Bandera. Let’s take a look at the two major events they currently host.

Boerne’s Hill Country Mile

In the hustle of modern American life, it’s easy to lose sight of an important cultural fact: it’s difficult to get everything done on your daily to-do list without a car. Too many towns have been designed with outwardly-expanding sectors of commerce that put one business or attraction miles away from another. The larger the size of the town, the more true this adage seems to be.

We loved our stay at the cabin. Everything you could need is there. The cabinets are full of glasses, plates, utensils, pots and pans...everything. There was deer all around the property that we enjoyed watching from the covered patio. The beds were comfortable with plenty of blankets. The shower is fantastic! We spent time at the river and it was a short 10 min drive. Loved our stay from beginning to end and I can't wait to come back!

This cabin was absolutely one of my favorite stays to date. It is situated on a private piece of land with beautiful surroundings. The amenities like grill, swing, pergola, and fire pit were all in perfect working order and spotless (no rust, cob webs, etc.). This is 100% glamping at its finest! Plus even the drive to and from the cabin are beautiful! We drove to Garner State Park and Medina to do some sightseeing. The cabin was clean, the beds were comfy, and it made a lovely getaway for my boyfriend and I. Hosts were responsive and helpful when I requested to extend my stay! So happy with this stay!

I am new to Air BnB. There is no comparison to staying in a hotel with this place. The cabin was very private and clean. Full of character and super quiet. We loved staying in this cabin and did not want to leave. Would definitely go back. Definitely worth the money. "Thank you" to the owners!

We are regular Airbnb travellers and would rate Old Fellows cabin in Kerrville as one of the nicest, best-located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy drive to all the sites we wanted to see in Fredericksburg . Enjoyed all the local restaurants and cafes. The pictures of the cabin online do not do it justice- comfy mattress, soft sheets and fluffy towels plus a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoyed morning coffee on the porch swing watching the sunrise. Hubby was able to capture photos of the sunset, moon and stars from the upstairs deck. Nice quiet location, very relaxing time. Would love to visit again sometime. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice getaway.

We LOVED our stay here! The pictures do not do it justice - it feels larger in person than the pictures portray. The space was perfect for my husband, myself, and our large dog, but would have been comfy still with another couple. I would be mindful of who is sleeping upstairs if you're utilizing that upstairs bedroom - the stairs are a bit steep and the steps are narrow, so would not be ideal for an older person, but was fine for us. The kitchen was stocked and had everything we needed to cook pretty much all of our meals. We walked around the property multiple times, our dog ran free the whole time, and we built fires in the fire pit every night. The space was exactly what we were looking for and we will definitely be back!

Old Fellers Cabin was just what my wife and I needed. Quiet, peaceful, and close enough to town if we needed anything. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate but I bet the star gazing from here is amazing! However there are enough deer to keep you watching the brush all day long. We will definitely be back from another stay, might even bring the whole family next time. Thanks again for another great cabin for our special weekends away from the world! You guys are awesome and my first spot to look when planning another trip. We love to get away to something different, and forget about the day-to-day and y'all always come through. Your cleaning staff is top notch, and we always have what need. Keep up the good work, we'll talk soon! Thank You Bunches, Drayton and Lauren
