Biker Rallies of Texas

Supporting and boosting local businesses and events is at the very heart of what we do at Backroads Reservations! The good folks at Biker Rallies of Texas are the devoted organizers of the most popular motorcycle rallies in the Hill Country. With major rallies in the spring and fall, they work nonstop to assure safety, organization, great memories, and a good time is had by all attending! They’ve got their start in 2000, when they arranged rallies in Liberty County and Kerrville, Texas. Two years later, they found their permanent home in Bandera. Let’s take a look at the two major events they currently host.

Boerne’s Hill Country Mile

In the hustle of modern American life, it’s easy to lose sight of an important cultural fact: it’s difficult to get everything done on your daily to-do list without a car. Too many towns have been designed with outwardly-expanding sectors of commerce that put one business or attraction miles away from another. The larger the size of the town, the more true this adage seems to be.

We had a girls’ weekend at the lodge and the setup is great for larger groups. The kitchen is spacious with high quality appliances and plenty of room for groceries. Everything was clean, and the pool area was our favorite part - just gorgeous. We spent most of our time there and on the expansive front porch looking over the lakes and hills. The hosts were super-friendly without being intrusive at all, and were very responsive to any questions or needs we had. We ended up not doing much hiking while there, but there is plenty of land to explore and it is in my opinion the prettiest part of Texas. We all highly recommend this property and hope to make it back someday.

This was our second visit to the property. We loved it so much the first time, we decided to come back. Lots of space for the family to spread out - plenty of seating in the living and dining rooms and lots of sleep space. We loved the view of the hills and amazing pool area. We will be back!

If you want to experience the best of the Hill Country, this is where you want to be. Tucked away deep in the hills, is one of the most beautiful places you\'ll ever see. If your on the fence, this is your sign to go all in on this one. You won\'t regret it. Close to everything but far enough to feel the most at peace possible. Can\'t wait to hike it.

We had 6 adults and 4 kids ages 4-7. Al I can is we had a blast. We were able to swim, fish(actually caught a bunch), explore a cave and kayak. The lodge was super nice and extremely well stocked. The owners took care of any need we had. Highly recommend this place for a reunion or family vacation.

Our family of 5 had an awesome Spring Break at the Miracle Springs Ranch. While we loved the spacious and comfortable lodge, the grounds stole the show. The lakes were perfect for kayaking and fishing, the trails for hiking and biking, the large grassy areas for throwing frisbees and baseball, the outdoor areas for lounging and grilling, and the pool and hot tub for reflecting on our day under a sky full of stars. Topped off by some of the best hosts (and feline friend Simba!), it was a family vacation set apart. We're already looking forward to returning.

What an amazing place! I was a little hesitant that place was not going to be that clean because of its remoteness but I was completely wrong - this place was amazing! It was very..VERY clean, everything works perfectly (Wi-Fi, hot tub, tv, etc.) and you have the whole property to yourself! The hosts are close by in the event we needed anything. This place is perfect for big families or parties - so much do!
