Biker Rallies of Texas

Supporting and boosting local businesses and events is at the very heart of what we do at Backroads Reservations! The good folks at Biker Rallies of Texas are the devoted organizers of the most popular motorcycle rallies in the Hill Country. With major rallies in the spring and fall, they work nonstop to assure safety, organization, great memories, and a good time is had by all attending! They’ve got their start in 2000, when they arranged rallies in Liberty County and Kerrville, Texas. Two years later, they found their permanent home in Bandera. Let’s take a look at the two major events they currently host.

Boerne’s Hill Country Mile

In the hustle of modern American life, it’s easy to lose sight of an important cultural fact: it’s difficult to get everything done on your daily to-do list without a car. Too many towns have been designed with outwardly-expanding sectors of commerce that put one business or attraction miles away from another. The larger the size of the town, the more true this adage seems to be.

This property was so wonderful for our family needing a place to stay while attending a wedding in the area. It’s peaceful with lots of wildlife, beautiful views, and amazing amenities. The hosts were so accommodating and We’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property and the owners are amazing and super sweet. We had a total of 12 in our group and everyone enjoyed their time. Spacious and the best part, we each had our own FULL BATHROOM! Lots of wild life and lots of family fun was had. 20 out of 10, would recommend and we will definitely be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Forse Mountain Ranch. It surpassed our expectations- great accommodations with everything we needed for a group of 10. Large open rooms, wonderful outdoor spaces and excellent host.

I only gave 4 stars on "accuracy of listing" because this place is even better in person than it is on the listing. Forse Mountain Lodge is an ideal place to stay for large groups. We had a 10 person/5couple faith-based retreat where each couple had their own room and a full bathroom in their room. Our group felt that was "key" in feeling comfortable in a home all together. It has a massive kitchen and island with plenty of room to eat and socialize. We would have used the den area more, but we had such beautiful weather, we convened outside on the backyard stone porch under beautiful trees around a firepit with smores sticks provided by the owners. The property itself is 170 acres filled with tons of white-tailed deer and axis roaming freely and unafraid of humans. There are a number of stock tanks and walking the grounds is beautiful as it is surrounded by the canyons and hills of the area. The owners obviously take great pride in their place and have attention to detail to create a memorable stay. The Lodge is very clean and has been recently renovated to reflect a rustic yet modern feel. Our group was exceedingly impressed with this property that is ideal for any multi-family or friend group experience. We highly recommend the Forse Mountain Lodge for your next hill country get away!

I can't rave enough about this property and its owners. Terry and Linda were the best hosts, so friendly and accommodating. The house itself is spacious, beautifully renovated, private bathrooms for each room (major plus), VERY comfortable beds, activities to do on the grounds both inside and outside. We had a large group but never felt cramped and we really enjoyed all getting in the kitchen and cooking together. The large island and ample counter space and cooking surfaces made cooking for our large group a breeze. The property is gorgeous with lots to explore. Deer greeted our lawn every morning. No one wanted to leave. Property is close to town making it easy to go get groceries and a little less than an hour drive to Fredericksburg if you want to hop into town for a visit to Main St or the numerous wineries and breweries. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back.

My daughter had her wedding in Kerrville, and our extended family stayed at the house. It is in an awesome luxury location with a lot to do. I definitely would return.
