Their fun and scenic Hill Country location is shaped like a giant wine barrel, and in addition to their fine wines, you can sample the tasty honey-based creations from Texas Mead Works, as well. Their kitchen offers food pairings to go with your favorite drinks, from cheese boards to pretzels, and even pizza. Stop by and savor their unique and proudly Texas-produced flavors! The Blue Lotus Winery’s Hye tasting room is open Wednesday to Sunday 11 AM to 6 PM.
