Every grape that goes into their award-winning fine wines comes from the Texas-based Bingham Family Vineyards! They believe it’s critical to know where grapes are grown, and wine is made. With that said, they’ve got three locations to visit, and Hye is proud to host their charming Hill Country tasting room. While there, you’ll also have pairing options when you visit; they feature samples of artisinal gourmet Askinosie chocolates, and Uncle’s Family Kitchen pizza is also available. The Bingham Family Vineyards Hye tasting room is open Monday to Thursday noon to 6 PM, and Friday to Sunday 11 AM to 6 PM.
