Open Wednesday through Sunday, you can find Charley’s parked at the Medina River Company in Bandera, offering hearty helpings of their smoked meat dishes like chicken, pulled pork, sausage, ribs and the locally-famous brisket! The hours are homegrown like the food, as they open around 10 AM and shut down once they are sold out, which can be early to late afternoon. Days and times may vary.
