Beyond tours and tastings, they schedule special events for fellow wine lovers to enjoy. If you’ve brought an appetite along, their kitchen has a great selection of cheese boards, hot sandwiches, and shareable dips, too. Reservations are required for tastings, tours, and other events, so sign up today! The Hye Meadow Winery is open Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 11 AM to 5 PM, Friday and Saturday 11 AM to 6 PM, and Sunday noon to 5 PM.
