Covington Hill Country’s tasting room in Hye is proud to present vintages from both Texas and Washington State! Their outdoor patio not only overlooks their Hill Country vineyards, but offers a sweet view of the countryside as you sip. You’ll also find savory charcuterie plates, bites, and dips that pair nicely with the fine wines here. Walk-in visitors are welcome, but reservations are required for parties of six or more.
