Biker Rallies of Texas

Supporting and boosting local businesses and events is at the very heart of what we do at Backroads Reservations! The good folks at Biker Rallies of Texas are the devoted organizers of the most popular motorcycle rallies in the Hill Country. With major rallies in the spring and fall, they work nonstop to assure safety, organization, great memories, and a good time is had by all attending! They’ve got their start in 2000, when they arranged rallies in Liberty County and Kerrville, Texas. Two years later, they found their permanent home in Bandera. Let’s take a look at the two major events they currently host.

Boerne’s Hill Country Mile

In the hustle of modern American life, it’s easy to lose sight of an important cultural fact: it’s difficult to get everything done on your daily to-do list without a car. Too many towns have been designed with outwardly-expanding sectors of commerce that put one business or attraction miles away from another. The larger the size of the town, the more true this adage seems to be.

We were looking for a place to get away from all things COVID to celebrate our 36th anniversary. We wanted fresh air, nature, places to take leisurely walks, see stars and watch the sunrise. This was the perfect spot! We were even delighted with amazing moonrises while we were there. The porch swing and rocking chairs were a perfect and we really enjoyed the lawn loungers when we came back from our walks. The house was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a coffee grinder. We enjoyed comfy fireplace and slept amazingly in the bed. I could go on and on about this lovely little cabin. My only suggestion is to add something to the shower so that the floor isn't so slippery, but the place was perfect. Thank you so much!”

This was our 4th year spending our anniversary at the Little House and once again it blew us away. Susie and Sandy have created such an awesome little get away. This property is beautiful and welcoming. It's exactly what you want in a weekend away. We can't wait to go back for our 5th anniversary!

Beautiful nature surrounds the little house. The home is restored from 1920’s with original beadboard and windows. Very comfortable and fully stocked. Second visit and we love it! Beautiful part of Texas

We had an amazing time at this cabin. It is not just a beautiful cabin in a beautiful location. It’s also a gift. Of peace. The love and care that went into creating this cabin is evident. The deer, the hummingbirds, the gorgeous views. Just incredible. No need to ever leave the cabin. Thank you Susie. Can’t express how much we enjoyed our stay. We are already planning our next trip. Thank you so much for sharing this with us.

This place is magical. This was our 2nd stay in less than a month. It was absolutely perfect again. It has all the amenities you could need and more. We cooked out, hung out on the porch and watched all the wildlife. I highly recommend this place! We will be back very soon.
